Brugherio is a comune in the Province of Monza and Brianza in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 14 kilometres northeast of Milan.Brugherio borders the following municipalities: Monza, Agrate Brianza, Carugate, Sesto San Giovanni, Cologno Monzese, Cernusco sul Naviglio.Brugherio received the title of city with a presidential decree on January 27, 1967.
