Pets on a Ouibus coach
Pets are not allowed on board, except for guide dogs; however, you shall contact the company first if you are about to travel on an international route.
Luggage
Every passenger can bring up to two suitcases they can put in the luggage compartment (total dimensions must measure no more than 200 cm and each piece should not weigh over 20 kg) and two hand luggage they can place on the luggage rack or under the seat. On Paris to London buses, however, only one suitcase is allowed. All objects must be labeled with name and address.
Onboard Wi-fi
Good news! Wi-fi connection is a complimentary service on every bus.
Entertainment
In addition to the wi-fi connection, each seat is equipped with a small table, individual reading light and sockets, so as to be able to use your electronic devices. You can also find a screen with real-time information on your journey and arrival time on each coach.
Toilet
There is a toilet in every Ouibus coach, even though you can also use the toilet of the service area during the halfway stops.
Seats and assistance to the disabled

Tickets
Ouibus is at the cutting edge as far as tickets are concerned - you can travel ticketless on every route and your identity card will be enough to get on board. At the same time, tickets are personal and only valid for the booked journey. For young travelers
Children under 2 pay half price. Those younger than 16 years old, instead, must travel accompanied by an adult; the only exception is for children between 12 and 16 who can travel solo as long as they have a written authorization by their parents or legal ward.
Ouibus fares, terms and conditions
Ouibus offers two types of fares that don’t implicate differences related to the onboard services.
Standard fare
You can modify or cancel bookings for Standard fare tickets. In case of any changes, you can modify the date and departure hour as well as the name and the passenger’s date of birth; you have time up to 15 minutes before the bus leaves for that. If the new ticket is more expensive, you just need to pay the difference (even though there is no operating cost if you manage your booking online), otherwise, you will have the price difference refunded in vouchers. You will be reimbursed in vouchers in case of canceling as well.
Promo fare
These are the discounted tickets you can find with Ouibus. Prices are more convenient of course, but you cannot amend nor cancel your booking in this case.
